Jobs Bundaberg – Developing today’s workforce to meet tomorrow’s need.

We teamed up with Jobs Bundaberg to give their brand a fresh, vibrant new look! From the logo to every visual and design asset in between. Together, we created a cohesive and eye-catching identity that makes their work connecting people to jobs and government to industry impossible to ignore.

We led a full brand refresh, developing a visual identity supported by custom-designed icons and a flexible design system. This framework injects fun, purpose and personality into a sector that might otherwise be perceived as relatively beige, while seamlessly working across digital and print platforms.

We developed all supporting visual assets and continues to manage and create content for their social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and strong brand recognition. Our approach prioritises authenticity, using real-life imagery, bold colour palettes, and purposeful design to connect meaningfully with the local community.

In addition, we designed and continue to manage the Jobs Bundaberg website, providing an accessible, user-friendly platform that clearly communicates opportunities, resources, and key information. We also design all publications and collateral, ensuring a seamless brand experience across every touchpoint.
